At BJJ Fanatics Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training equipment and apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is clean and free of any gym odors or wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
